I really enjoyed this post for a few reasons. Goal setting seems to be the key determinant in successful people, the proverbial X-factor to success.
You mentioned that goal setting gives you direction and hope. It seems like more and more people would rather have hope than despair. Our president sold his whole campaign based on that one word.
